NOTICE OF VAVANCY
Public notice is hereby given that 3 vacancies will occur on the Ceresco Village Board of Trustees December 2020.
Parties interested in running for office must pay a filing fee of $10.00 at the Village Clerk's Office located at 217 S. 2nd St. Ceresco, Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM, Friday 9 AM - 4 PM, and then file for general election at the Saunders County Clerk's Office located in the Saunders County Courthouse in Wahoo, Nebraska.
The filing deadline for incumbents is 5 PM Wednesday, July 15, 2020. (An incumbent is anyone holding any elected office).
The filing deadline for non-incumbents is 5 PM, Monday, August 3, 2020.
Elections for these vacancies will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at the Ceresco Community Building. The positions are four year terms and elected persons shall take the oath of office at the Tuesday, December 15, 2020 Village Board of Trustees Meeting.
